Hi Reefers,
Well I probably should have known better than to buy one but hey
..So I have a RS Reefer 200XL G2+
I notice a few weeks ago that I have what looks like a little air pocket in my silicone down the left-hand side of my display. I have today also noticed another suspicious imperfection on the same side.
I have contact Red Sea customer services and been speaking to a chap called Simon.!
Not very helpful at all and his emails are broken English to try and read. I've sent all the main things red sea always ask for like Receipts and all A-Z of various pictures

They have apparently escalated or to a senior customer services agent/tech support and apparently I'm told " not panic as it's only a minor issue and will have no detrimental impact on my tank as it's still not over the 3cm mark or only 7mm in length and would only be the silicone under the armour girds effected"...
And I'm told to rest assured my tanks under the warranty for the next 5 years..?
Obviously I tried to fight this bit no avail and I feel I have been swept under the carpet from red sea..! Any advice please guys...??
