I was actually going to make a video on how to use this controller and setup a program.
If you want to do a factory erase on the controller just on the main screen when you click it on hold in the button till you see it reset itself.

A video would be great. Or just a better translation of the directions. With one knob to do 3 functions you need precision with the pushes of it. I figured it out after a few tries. I'm sure a young kid could figure it out in minutes. My issue was getting the transmit channel to open on the light itself to accept the program in auto mode. It is a nice little light and is working like it should today.

If you do a video let me know and we can feature it on the website. The confusion the controller gives is the only issue that this light has ever presented and a clear concise instruction
on how to use the controller would help many.

Didn’t have time today. Was a hectic day. I will probably make it tomorrow after work.

I kinda hope these lights get popular enough that noopsyche makes an app for them.

That is fine, just let me know when you make it.
As far as making an app goes me,you and everyone else would love to see a nice app but unfortunately I don't think Noopsyche has any plans to do one anytime soon.

We need to coordinate the videos now. LowLi has the one posted that messed us up. The program cycles from the earliest entry. 00:00 @ 0% for setting #1(for example). Make sure the last setting you have (#7) is 23:59 & you won't get the error. Solved, but very helpful videos. If anybody can attach the threads, be great. I don't know how.

I am going to try and use the reset pin tonight to see if I can start fresh and get past this timing error. Hoping as more people grab this light or @noopsyche returns I can get this thing working properly
Looking for a follow up. Were you able to get your problem resolved?

Negative but I just saw this video. I reset the controller and matched the data points to the examples @noopsyche posted and was able to load the profile but the light output didnt match the settings for the current time. as soon as i would re enter the sps values for the data point that corresponded with the current time it would then brighten up. its like it was loading the data point ahead of the one it should.

@alpinestar I had the same issue.

Make sure your last data point has a time of 23:59 I have no clue why, but if you don't, it will do just what you are describing.

I actually talked to a buddy of mine who writes apps and ask if he could help me write one or use an existing one on this and he looked at me like I was nuts and asked for $5k. LOL!!!

That was my problem at first. That’s why for your daylight period like I have in the video the start and end times have to be the same settings to keep the brightness through the whole time. Or as soon as it hits that data point it starts to ramp up or down to the next point.

so we can't have our lights on past 1am? assuming the last data point is power off...

also in the video the transmit function is super confusing. so the lights are blinking blue, open the transmit function..then what? just one press? scroll? as one press will show a different number on the transmit (i.e Transmit..1). ive tried it all.

finally after transmit THEN we edit our data points? will they automatically load? I thought any changes had to then be transmitted.

great light. terrible interface.

once the light blinks blue, I hit transmit, the light turned solid blue.

From then on, the changes I made were in real time. I then waited for it to go back to the main screen and went to the transmit function and sent it.

Then, the lights stuck to the schedule. I somehow entered a number wrong on one of mine and have to go back tonight and fix it. I didn't notice it until yesterday.

Oh I forgot to answer your question: Yes, you can have them on at 1am. You can make your first data point any time after 00:00.

got to H for transmit and just keep pressing the button until the lights fire up. it will go from 0-9 each time you click so once they turn on from a click they are set and you are done.
yes once the controller is connected one time. anytime you make adjustments the controller will be changing the lights. no need to do transmit anymore.
If you want to run blue overnight then set your very last data point to a 1% blue on one of the ch and select the start of the sunrise on the next point and it will ramp. So if data point 7 is 1% on ch b and then data point 1 is set at 9am with 2% on all ch it will slowly ramp from data 7 to data 1

Looks like you've been dealing with this for a month now. No support from Noopsyche or had you not yet reached out to them?
