I ordered a light on the 9th of September but haven't received any shipping information. How long does it usually take?

Hi there! My light arrived 2 weeks later, I never got my order updates on the website or email confirmation. I had to send an email requesting information about my order and they provided me with my tracking number. They take a while to reply but they do, unfortunately my order came incomplete and I have been dealing with that
