Nori sheets what's the difference

I was looking into feeding my tangs better and wondered what's the best nori for my fish ! And what's the difference in the three colors I see for sale ? Opinions on the marine grazer by new era any one used it

I haven't tried the grazer yet, but I plan on it soon. Why not just feed all three and cycle them through the colors? variety is the spice of life after all :)

I feed the green nori I get from a local Heath food store. I'm feeding a yellow tang , coral beauty and a rabbit fish. They go crazy when I put it in the veggie clip

I just got a yellow and a powder blue tang and they are lovin the green but I'll do like melypr and rotate between the three [emoji225]

Lately i've just been getting the nori sheets from my local grocery store. The fish go nuts over it just as much as the much more expensive LFS brands.
I use the marine grazer sometimes but that's for all your fish, not just herbivores.

I buy bulk nori. The mark up on brand name nori is crazy.

Romaine doesn't have the nutritional value as nori or other seaweed. I also find the sheets easier to deal with.three Angels and a couple of tangs , foxface, and saddleback butterfly all doing great in a 220 gallon with 50 gallon sump.

Marine Grazer is horrible. They barley get any and it falls aprat after a few hours. I tried to like it, just give away the second tub that I had.

I use Marine Grazer and bulk Nori. The Marine Grazer last about 1 hour in my tank before it is all eaten. I feed 2 a day. I also use Purple/Red Nori sheets in bulk. I feed a 10x10" sheet daily. they yellow my fish don't care for and I end up taking it out after an hour. For the green they only will eat it if it is their first sheet of the day.
Tank Mates: Orange Shoulder, Blonde Naso, Fowleri, Tomini, Blue Hippo, Desjardini Sailfin, Scopas, 8 Chromis, 3 Firefish, 1 Photon Clownfish, Coral Beauty.

I feed romaine lettuce that they seem to go crazy for more than the nori sheets. I alternate between them. 2 feedings of veggies a day. I hate how the lettuce makes a mess of the water column though with the torn up smaller pieces. The marine grazer they seem to like a lot but usually they attack it and it breaks off the clip. Then it just lays there on the bottom. I guess the novelty wears off. lol

I feed nori from my local Asian market. It is a lot cheaper than LFS or Online. They eat it up like crazy. I have mostly larger tangs and have not had any problems with them nutritionally. I get a 100 sheet pack (8" x8") for $15. Although I might try a banana peel and see what happens. Don't like to waste a good product.

I find it depends on ur tangs. my bro tangs eat his type of amazon nori but my tangs dont. hit or miss
