Normal for frogspawn to shed heads

So my once massive frogspawn has shed 3 of its largest heads. However there are about 20 small heads growing under where the old heads were. Is this normal? Parameters are all good and my hammer, dragon soul and Australian torch are all still massive and growing

Shedding heads or polyp bailout is not a good sign. The coral is not happy.

Appears to be bjd on the head on the right.

As you can see I have a crap ton of heads forming, nothing has changed in anyway. They are retracted due to lighting ramping down fir the day.

I can’t clean there till nighttime when coral recedes

Ok, the little heads are cute and a good sign but losing 3 heads isn’t good. How did they shed? Entire polyp, receding, some other way?

They receded slowly over 3 weeks. It has also been dipped in case of infestation
