Normal growth or an issue?

Had an Acan for about 3 weeks... coloration has been fantastic. Looks to be forming a new head on the side not pictured. However on the right side of the right head, seems to be "dark" and very small "hole". Is this normal? 8 dKh, 430 cal, 1350 mag, 0 phosphate. Other corals all doing extreamly well.

Anything in your tank (i.e. angels) that you have noticed might be picking on it? It does look like a small hole. As long as it isn't getting bigger and the can appears fluffy and happy it will heal.
