not sure what these hairs are

I have these things on my rocks. Im not sure what they are. I had seen one or two before and just pulled them off but now i have a ton on my newest piece of rock. Please help

Just looks like the beginning of algae growth.

The hairs in this pic do? It didnt happen on my rock that i added originally that is already growing coralline.
