Sorry if this is in the wrong thread, but I wanted to know how long my 120 gal reef aquarium can go without power?

Reason being, I want to upgrade a few my outlets in the same room as the aquarium and am going to have to turn off the breaker associated with it. Will it be fine for about an hour or two?

A couple of hours shouldn’t be a problem. Can you run an extension cord from another room to keep your wavemakers running while you change out the outlets?

I probably could. Thanks for the input

Agree with above. Run an extension cord from another room and you're good to go ;) did some electrical work in my living room and had to kill the power to it for 2 days, ran a cord from the dining room and no issues :) the fish enjoyed watching me break my back installing new lights ;Hilarious
