Notification for empty ATO Reservoir

Must be nice.

Not everyone has that same lifestyle. If I were going to fill it enough so I could just look when I walked by I would need at least a 100g reservoir tank and I am not comfortable with having a pump in a hundred gallon tank that might get stuck on.

Huh? What lifestyle are you referring to that allows me to look at my ATO reservoir to see how full it is lol? Unless you are saying you are never home and need remote monitoring?

Can you share a link to the type of float switches you do this with. I would love to set this up.

Just about any float switch will work. Any normally open, or normally closed float switch will work.

I bought this one for my ATO container many years ago:

I use a float switch connected to my Hydros system. That also triggers a refill from my RODI which is also controlled by my Hydros. There is a full float that will cut off the RODI when it is full. I do have a float valve on the output in the DI storage as a backup. Also the Hydros will shut off after a preset time and send an alert if it is on that long. As a last resort there is leak detector that will be triggered by a leak in the garage where my storage containers and RODI are at. Since it is hooked to my Hydros I will get an alert and it will also stop any outputs that are related to water in that area.
