Nuisance Algae/Bacteria since tank swap.

Hello,
New to the community and somewhat new to the hobby.
Looking for some advice. We had a 75 gallon up and running for about 6 months went through the ugly phase, little diatom bloom then no algae problem for months, we then transitioned to a 90 gallon using all the cultured live rock and crushed coral substrate from the 75.
When we transitioned we had an outbreak of a snot like green algae on the rocks and substrate about a week after the move. And a purple hair like outbreak that traps air bubbles.
It’s been almost a month since the transfer and nothing has gotten much better.

Can someone help ID? Possible solutions?
UV sterilizer and protein skimmer hooked up and lots of CUC and nothing seems to be working.
Photos taken under white light, it’s on the live rock and substrate.

Looks to be Green-blue Cyanobacteria and most likely Dino’s. Does anyone know a course of action to defeat these safely?

Yes. You need to redo the move but with a substrate rinse.

This is nine years of tank moves in one thread. Not from 500 jobs did we have a single outbreak, due to the rinsing every tank did.

For effective tank transfers you must rip clean, then down adjust lighting to get those results. Just redo the tank where it sits. Don't think spending 20 months + additives and testing and coral stress due to feed withholding is the right way

The hard work/ you're done in 6 hours is the right way, then you simply reef the next 20 months

Drain off and keep your water, most of it, that saves cost

Take out the rocks and animals into a holding bin (this was every job there for nine years above)

Access the sand, fix it like we do

Put everything back cloudlessly this time, down ramp the lighting as we did and this will start to undo.

I reused the substrate because I have countless baby snails, chiton, copepods and amphipods I didn’t wanna kill off. When I did the transfer I kept about 20 gallons in the 75, I used that water to more or less clean and rinse the substrate best I could. And introduced clean and new water through a filter sock. I will check your link though and consider doing it over again just don’t want to stress anyone out again, lost a scopas 3 days after the transfer :(
