Nuisance snails

I seem to have these little 1/4 snails multiplying like crazy, little pointed shells, anyway to get rid of them other than picking out by hand..look like baby cerths, hundreds of them..

Any pics? In a reef tank, I generally think tiny snails = good thing.

I pulled out a shot glass half full and they are black certh with white dots, there are hundreds on my 75 gal reef.. I guess they will stay until I can get rid of a lot..
