Leah has made an once doubter a believer now for NY Aquatic. She has worked with Michael to provide me with quality fish & most importantly the customer service that it once lacked in my experience. I’ve been extremely happy with my recent purchases. Even when there was a situation when wrong fish (i.e., smaller in size) were shipped to me, Leah was very responsive & she made it right for me. I think she has made a tremendous difference to her Dad’s business. Her energy in their live sale & the fact that she feeds them live are great & the differentiation from other live sales out there. Keep it up, Leah & Michael. You guys are doing this right!
