I ordered 3 rainfordi on 7/10.

Michael missed the original promise ship date.

Then he proceeded to drag me along.

Today, he canceled my order as per requested but he didn't actually refund me.

He then claimed that I was threatening him when I warned about posting here and doing a charge back

I still do not see a refund transaction in my bank but it seems like he is using a commercial account, so I will wait a few days to see if the refund goes thru

If you notice on his screen shot, he requested a ship date of 8/2,which on my calender is NEXT week.
TODAY he requests a cancellation, which I process exactly 1 min later.
Then he posts this garbage.

He posted this from 12:22 to 12:40 today.
12:22 I had already shown him the screen shot of the refund being sent
12:45 sent him screenshot of the refund processing succesfully
And he posts a thread titled "NYAquatic Thief"
People need to get a life and stop hating

I asked on July 20 if you can ship 8/2 and you ignored me, which is why I asked for the cancelation today

Either way, poor communication, poor service.

I didn't see the refund screen until after I "threatened to post"

Yes, especially ignoring my ship date request of 8/2 on July 20th and then claiming that he promised to ship 8/2 when he didn't even acknowledge me for 8 days

I even asked what days you ship when you couldn't do it today. Again I was ignored so I asked for the refund

Seller forgot to mention that he missed the original planed date of july 19 and didn't even bothered to contact me.

This was the "requested " ship date.
You ignored it. So I requested 8/2, and again you ignored me. So today, I ask if you could ship. You said you can't. So I ask what days you can ship. Crickets... so I asked for a refund. You showed me a screen shot that order was canceled. However it wasn't reflected in my bank. So I "threatened " to post and here we are

This is what the seller sent me.

What did you expect? You hold my money and ignored me.

And he is making it seem like I keep calling him to harass him.

Not once have I called him since last week. This guy never picks up his phone.
