in sump and just started. Anyone have this can help me get it running right? The collection cup fills with clear water in 30 seconds and I can’t get it to slow down. I can’t find any instructions on how to tune it. It only comes with instructions on assembly. There is a valve but it only controls how much water that is coming out. If there is a way to control the air I can’t find it. Please help me figure this out.

Open the valve all the way. If still overflowing you will need to lower the water level or raise the skimmer up.

Also, it will take up to a couple weeks to get broke in so don’t worry about fine tuning right now. Just get it to stop overflowing and let it get broke in. If you need to raise the water level in the skimmer you will close the valve. This restricts the water leaving the skimmer and raises the level in the skimmer.
