Please tell me, how are yall getting such immaculate pics, wether it be fish, or coral or whatever.

If you are using a cell phone camera, I would recommend the Orphek 52 mm lens/filter kit. You also need to shoot straight on with the camera/phone. If you angle the phone/camera, the aquarium glass will distort the picture. If using a phone, see if you have the option to change to what is often called, "pro" mode. It allows you to make many more adjustments than the standard mode. Also, it helps to turn off the flow and wavemakers, so you don't get motion blur. A tripod certainly helps immensely.

I have a dslr and a iPhone 16pro, the reflection is always what kills me
 
I recently picked up a very small frag and don’t know what it is. The all green ones with the flowing string crowns, what is it called. That is it
If you are referring to the attached image. Those are your "run of the mill" green palythoas .
