I have (2) octospawn in my tank and the pink tip octo is fully open but the other green tip has only been about half open for about 5 or so days.

I did a 30% water change on Sunday but it’s still acting the same

the green tip octo I’ve had for about a month and it’s been fully open except these last 5 or so days

readings from saliferts test lits

Nitrates: 25-30

KH: 13.7-14.1 (much higher than I want and not dosing anything) trying to bring it down slowly

Ca: 430-440

They look pretty good.

What was the nitrates before the water change? I have found my Euphylia close up a little if there is larger changes in nitrates.

And I would say before it was roughly double the size.
