Oculina??

Was wondering if anyone can verify this is oculina. This is a piece of gulf live rock I have had in my tank for about 4 Mos. The small circular stony polyps have started showing signs of life.

Maybe Eusmilia-fastigiata, since it's from the Carribean?

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
