I don't have a problem here (at least I don't think I do). My Singapore angel has just been dragging my firefish around the tank by the dorsal fin, only letting go when I approached the tank and startled her. The firefish doesn't appear to be ill - nor does it seem any the worse for the experience.

I'd hesitate to call it aggression because there has never been any evidence of it before - the only thing she ever bullies is the cleaner shrimp who tries to share her cave. Even then, she hasn't damaged it. I doubt that she's hungry. I just thought it a bit odd.

That's wild, I've never heard of anything like that before. Is the firefish eating well? My first thought is that a healthy firefish wouldn't stand for that.....

Yes, it's an enthusiastic feeder, a strong swimmer, and is now, as I watch, looking for food particles in the water column.

The firefish was struggling, but I think being pulled by the dorsal may make escape a bit tricky.

He looks okay now - here he is feeding (excuse the blurry picture)
