Today I noticed that my starlord/ms pacman had these crazy large polyps sticking out. Not everywhere just in certain spots? I look at my corals daily with a magnifier and its first time Ive saw them.

That is green hair algae not polyps. Under that algae is dead tissue.
Do you have enough flow in your tank?
Here is a snapshot of the video.
 Can’t see the video ugh..

Are you sure that's part of the coral? Not algae or aiptasia on the rock? I also could be pooping, have you been feeding it?
I was feeding tank. Its coming out the end of each,,,whatever you call the coral tube part LOL I dont think its poop as it was there for couple hours Ill look again when I get home.

I guess thats possible. I have quite a bit of flow in my tank. You can see the polyps/algae wiping around pretty good. At least I think I have good flow :) Ive been doing this 20 years and im still learning :)

Although I did just change the light over it two days ago so that would makes sense about algae suddenly forming.

Maybe we can start by listing all your parameters and what lights are you using?
