Anybody see any t5/led combo technology that's new to the market? Or any companies gearing up for the launch of a new t5/led combo product?

What I did see was the C5 LED bulbs for T5 fixtures. Around $50 for 24" bulb but 50,000 hrs!

Didn't really take pics but got one of this freaky $900 pair. As usual this place from Longwood had about the only fish. First pair of these I've seen.

That store is Ocean's Direct and i believe that pair of long fins sold for $795

There is another company working on something that should be released around the time of Reefapalooza CA. Unfortunately I can't disclose what I know. There also may be others that may be announced next month as Interzoo is next month.

They are basically LED lights fitted into a T5 shell. I was interested in them. Luck had it. I won the R2R raffle for that prize. They are sending me the bulbs. So have not installed them yet. Just fit inside a T5 unit.

Had a bunch of fun this weekend at RAP. Picked up a few digis, encrusting montis, chalice, Jason fox burning banana to mention a few plus won the raffle for the 150 gal Marineland cube with led lights, stand and canopy! Wow was that fun! Can't wait for RAP 2017 lol!

You sold it to another guy right? He is selling now for $2300.
