OG shrunk by half!

When I got this OG mushroom from a friend it was twice the size... 6 months ago . He had it in extremely low light.

But in my tank, no matter where I move in my tank it has shrunk to half the size but it is still healthy though....!

Should I be concerned?

how long in between switching its spot in the tank did you wait? could just be stressed from being moved around constantly, flow, or alelopathy.

water parameters?
