Video of the flow he/she is taking....

He comes out but will quickly snap back in his tube. That doesn't look like too much flow does it?

I figured this is the lowest flow point in the tank and since that GSP is taking the brunt of that flow too might help. I just want to make sure it is in a happy location. I'm ready to give him some phytoplankton. Always wanted some kind of duster for my tank.

Update on my coco worm.

He doesn't look too healthy these days. I moved him in a much more shaded cave.

He wants to come out but constantly retreats back into his tube.

I try to take some Phytoplankton from algaebarn, heat it up in tank water and blow it in his direction. Plus a tiny bit of reef roids make it's way to him but I have no idea if that is small enough for them to eat.

My nitrates seems to fluctuate the most every week. Sometimes it is 2 or sometimes it is 10.

Recent :
pH : 8.1
Ammonia : 0
Nitrite : 0
Nitrate : 10
Phosphate : .03
Calcium : 420
Alkalinity : 161
Mg: 1520
Salinity : 1.026

I feel like a jerk.

I am trying to find any reading I can on this type of invert but I am not having much luck.

My coco worm "lost it's head" and is now growing a new one back. I assume that is due to the fluctuating parameters that stressed it out.

Is that common?
