Curious to see microscope pics of your green, if possible.

Pretty much the best i could do. Its at 600x magnification. They are smaller than the small celled amphidinium by a small margin. They form a green film on the glass and water with them in it is pretty much green.

No I don't know exactly.
But some kind of tiny green mixotrophic flagellate that eats bacteria seems likely to fit the conditions you're describing.
Very cool.

Dont seem to bother anything, LPS and my clam look.. well happy as a clam? Do ill hold of any counter measure for now

In this video he seem to have the same thing, smaller faster cells.

Think its "Chlamydomonas reinhardtii" a type of single-cell green alga about 10 micrometres in diameter that swims with two flagella.
