sweet man... might take you up on this sometime... right now though, I need to work on my swing... A LOT!!! LoLz... I'll try to hit balls in the range behind our office at least 3-4x/week and try to hit up the course once/week... hopefully, that'll help... oh yeah, my dad has a pro golf instructor that sometimes helps us with our swing... :wink:The only thng i love more than my reef is my golf game the past 2 years. I have been playing for about 8-9 years now and now i can finally hit decent shots. The golf channel, "Playing Lessons from the Pros", has been my teacher and I tell you what it has helped my game tremendously. I am now shooting low to mid 40's and couldnt be happier to finally see myself getting better. I think at this pace I have a chance to make the Senior Tour in about 20 years haha. Marvin if your ever looking for someone to golf with around Flint- Grand Blanc area let me know. Ohh ya my girlfriend works at one of the nicer courses in Grand Blanc so free golf all summer.
Playing my 1,234,567,654 round this year in a few hours, this game is way more addicting than reefing; plus you can get in shape at the same time.
haha yeah, you have to walk obv. My local course has a screaming deal; $50 a month for unlimited golf, day or night, weekday or weekend, so I play quite a bit. Some days I walk up to 45 holes, it's pretty good exercise that's for sure.lol maybe for you. i ride the cart and drink as much as possible. lol no way i burn more calories then i take in during a round of golf haha
wOw!!! awesome deal!!!haha yeah, you have to walk obv. My local course has a screaming deal; $50 a month for unlimited golf, day or night, weekday or weekend, so I play quite a bit. Some days I walk up to 45 holes, it's pretty good exercise that's for sure.
i play about 2-3 times a month. not alot but enough to keep me happy. for the amount i play i'm considered average. high 80.s is about the norm. to get good at this game you have to play ALOT. several times a week IMO. i find it very easy to lose my grove and i have to get it back every time i play which takes the first 3 or four holes.
being in florida we have not had a single month this year that we did not play atleast twice :)
