If you have a good LFS, they are usually willing to order what you want from the wholesaler. I have heard good things about NY Aquatics here and Liveaquaria.
@Pieces of the Ocean. Kenny is my man for fish, in particular wrasses. Beautiful and well conditioned at a great price.
Although I have yet to order, @ZoaCollector has an amazing selection of fish! I'm still holding off for my feminus wrasse ;)
