One Cardinal in 10 gallon?

In our 36 gallon display tank we had 2 cardinals. One was bullying the other. To save her life we put her in a10 gallon quarantine tank. Is she going to be ok alone? Should we add another cardinal? Thanks!
 
Top Shelf Aquatics
The fish will likely be just fine by itself. Continue to observe and adjust if necessary.
