My lfs has a chalice colony that looks about exactly like this one. The owner says it's 1 out of 3 imported to the U.S. I am not deep into collecting rare corals, I am wondering if there is a market of people who would buy this for thousands of dollars.

Anybody happen to know what this one should be worth?

I can get pictures of it tomorrow because I didn't consider doing it today.

Personally I don't believe anything that anyone says. One of 3 in the country? lol ya right, thats impossible to prove but easy to say to jack up the price.

But yes, I do believe that there is a market for people that will pay thousands for that.
