they look hilarious! do you like them??
Yes I do, can’t wait for them to grow. They are about an inch. I loved my diamond watchman goby but I heard these sift sand just as well but stay on the sandbed so less sand storms.

I still haven’t seen him eat brine or mysis like he was in quarantine but when I add freshly hatched brine he darts around. Can’t see him eating because the brine shrimp are the size of copepods. He looks and acts healthy.

didnt Tim used to have one?
I'm likely getting another one eventually BUT my Sandsifting star needs dirty dirty sand so I haven't added a Twinspot or a Conch since the accidental acquisition.

How long have you had the starfish Tim! You might be the first person I know who managed to keep one that didn’t starve to death.

Like 6 months or a year. He's likely not going to survive long term but I'm doing everything in my power to keep him fed.

Mine was about 3/8” when I got her. Now she is a huge fatty at least 2” long.
Paul, how long did it take to go from 3/8” to 2”?
