I found this a little bit ago, I don’t like the looks of the claws, either sump or dinner plate. Anyone have a n id and trap suggestions?

Use tweezers and wait for the tank light to go out. Turn off the house lights and shine a flashlight on the tank from a distance. That's how I caught two quickly.

For me, the bottle uncut is better, that way you'd have had more time before he tried to get out. Anyway, lay it on its side and watch it when the tank lights go out, which is when they're most active inside the tank.

Well, I guess I screwed up and made a snail trap instead of a crab trap. Four nassarius and one bumblebee snail.
Grab a pair of tweezers and pull that little rascal out of there, that's how I caught mine

I've had these IceCap ones for a long time now, I also use them when coral falls or to turn snails over.

I often forget about this RFA because it’s on back of the rock but it is absolutely massive, 9-10” across!
