open brain coral skin receding

had a friend babysit my open brain coral for a few months, during this time the skin started to recede but it still fluffs up. will my brain coral be ok?

Pics cause my brain is doin the same thing I think, and was wondering if it was normal

Thats hard to say sometimes they will recover and most of the time they fade away. Maintain proper water parameters and try feeding.
