Good evening.
I am currently in the early stages of planning out a new tank build now that I have finally moved out of an apartment and have a home where I can put a larger tank.

Currently I am bouncing between a 78x32x24, 80x30x25 and an 82x30x24 tank all of which calculate up to ~260ish gallons. I could probably add a few inches to the length of the tank but access to the left side of the tank becomes a little bit more difficult if I do so. Ultimately I want to decide the size of my tank based on some of the fish that I have been eyeing, now that I can expand outside of the world of nano tanks.

A few of the fish that are pretty high up my "interest" list are the following:
- Blue Throat Trigger - Nothing makes me happier than the way Triggers swim.
- Sailfin Tang
- Naso Tang

I have spent a lot of time here in the forums trying to seek out opinions on these three and whether any, a couple, or all three would be a good fit for any of the tank sizes I listed above as I know these can be on the "bigger" side of the spectrum of fish. Figured I would post my own circumstance and see what people thought.

Ultimately my goal would be to also include some smaller species of tangs and potentially some wrasse and Anthias species. Nothing set in stone as of yet, although any fish put in my tank is one that I would like to keep, as I do get very attached to any animal introduced to my family. I would also run proper quarantine and would likely attach UV to the tank at the beginning for use if and when needed.

Thanks for reading my monologue. Any opinions are greatly welcome.

imo they are all so close I would say pick the one that fits into your location the best.
