Opinions or Advice on Maxspect Jump MJL165 diffuser?

Hello dear reefer gurus. Whats your opinion on Maxspect diffuser. It comes with 2 layer of diffuser, do i really need to use both of them or just 1 layer is enough? Thanks in advance

Decent PAR with a single layer of it. Tested with an unreliable PAR meter borrowed from a friend of mine. Pump & WM switched off. Getting around 270-320 on 1/3 top, mid 150-220, on the bottom 50-100. Running 100% blue & uv. Royal+white 35%, the other spectrum is on 15-20%
