Not really.
The CL is just on your rock, your setosa will fight it off with it's polyps.
One thing to slow down on CL is keep ALK and CAL at low #.
I had a full SPS tank but ALK was around 7.5 and CAL sat below 400.
Didn't had much CL but all you do is feeding it by dosing it a I prefer to dose only for the corals that I wanted to grow into colonies and I must say was pretty successful on that.
