Need pictures taken in white light and water parameters. How old is tank? Did you quarantine fish? #fishmedic
thanks for reply. I will take some pictures tomorrow at day time. Tank is 8 month. Nitrate 5 nitrite 0 ammonia 0 temp 79 to 80 Po4 0.5. Sadly I just QT it for one week. I know it was not long enough. Does it seems to have flukes?

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

The trouble is, blue lights makes it impossible for us to see anything in a picture. I can seen some generalize discoloration, but nothing specific.

It could be flukes (even without scratching) of some other skin infection. Did the fish go through any quarantine process?
What other fish are in the tank with it?

Jay
