Orange Shoulder tang weird spots

Hey, can anyone help me with this? Orange shoulder in a 500 Gal reef tank, could this be aggression, anemone/coral sting, or disease? Just trying to figure out what i need to do with this fish, thanks!

These look to scrapes/rashes and injury. What other fish in tank with it and any noticeable chasing?

Hey Jay, i’ve had this fish for close to 2 years, There is a ton of BTA in the tank, think it could be that?

Sting marks would show up differently. To help determine, et your cell phone on video mode for about 30 mins and drop a little food and walk away - YOU MUST walk away as they know youre there. Review the video and see what it may be

Hey Jay, i’ve had this fish for close to 2 years, There is a ton of BTA in the tank, think it could be that?

I doubt its the anemones. I just wanted to rule out certain diseases that tend to show up in newly acquired fish....
