Any thoughts on a orange shoulder tang getting housed with a yellow or Kole tang while it’s juvenile?

I dont think thats a good idea, you’re probably going to have aggression between all of them in that size tank, Especially when the orange shoulder tang starts getting the same size as both of them in a year.

Also orange shoulder tangs get massive. the last one i saw was over a foot long, so you may be able to have it in there for a little while, but a 125 is way to small for them.

My ost has gone from 5 inches when I got it to about 10 inches including the streamers that have started to develop in 1 year. They grow extremely quick, and mine isn't I'd say aggressive but won't hesitate to put another fish in its place with being that size especially the other tangs(2 hippos, 1 yellow, 1 gold rim) 125 is too small for this tang long term.

I love orange shoulder tangs. My all-time favorite fish.
I’m awaiting the day it changes to the adult colors. Here’s mine:

IMO a 90 is tool small for multiple tangs. I had a Kole tang (small) in my 75g for a couple years. I then upgraded to a total 350g system and the DT is 7ft long and 30" wide/tall. After this I started keeping larger Tangs. The eye opener is how fast they grow and how they love to cruise around all day. Hold off on shoulder tang until the upgrade.

Ive had these together with a dozen other tangs in a 135g and no issues. While Not a recommendation, maintain good water quality and diet. Orange shoulder can attain a size of 9-10" easily.
I now have 26 tangs but in a 400g.

This was 135g:
