I recently bought an orang stripe prawn goby. Anyone have any tips or experiences with them?

I have had one for just over 2 years now (( was a pair, but lost the smaller one, along with the original shrimp when I moved )), that is paired with a tiger pistol shrimp.

If you pair it with a shrimp, be prepared for them to move any frags that you have on the sandbed. I have gotten to the point of providing them empty frag plugs, it helps for a bit. As annoying as they can be at times, it is still really cool to watch them do their work. Mine isn't all that aggressive, can be a bit skittish at times, and isn't all that aggressive at feeding time, so make sure that enough food gets to it.

I'm going to look for a pistol shrimp for it. Overall they are pretty hardy and easy to care for though?

Mine has been, never had any issues.

How deep is your sandbed?
