Hello, I want to get an orangethroat pikeblenny or really any pikeblenny. However, I can find almost no info on them. Does anyone know their care requirements?

Pike blennies are generally easy to care for. Keep them well fed (Mysis, flake, etc.), and they'll be happy. They'll snack on copepods and amphipods, so I'd reccomend to have an abundance of those. They're peaceful to other tank inhabitants, but not to others of their species. Make sure to have a tight fitting lid because they will jump. Overall, they're great fish. Good luck!

Kp aquatics sell yellowface pike blennies occasionally. I have 2 right now. They get about 3 inches or so. Orange throat gets larger, a little thicker, will eat fish size of guppies. But mostly peaceful. Had a few for a few years maybe 8 to 10 years ago. Have not seen them since, only in Sea of Cortez, don’t think they are collected from there with less volume / demand and roi not worth the effort. Also restrictions on collections of some things.
