Hey guys!

Love the community, need help.

The daylight and sunrise/sunset buttons will not work.

I've had this light for over a year and I recently moved and am reprogramming. I am trying to program daylight and sunrise/sunset, but when I push the buttons nothing comes up on the screen. The directions indicate after you push daylight the symbol "L1" should show up and then you can manipulate and save, but that "L1" symbol never comes up.

When I do this for the Moonlight button it works, L3 comes up, I manipulate the colors, save, and then its good.

For some reason I can't get these buttons to work.

Am I in some sort of mode that won't allow me? I've reset the system by holding the power button for 10 seconds and it did not change my problem.

Any help is MUCH APPRECIATED!!!!

Try emailing them or calling them directly. They were very easy for me to deal with when I wanted a couple of tank lighting clamps.

+1 for loose connection. Bad design. Mine come loose all the time until I put a dab of hot glue on each connector. You could also try a factory reset. Mine would not take programing when I bought it used. I found the factory reset steps and that fixed the problem
