If I want Chaotic flow for 24 hrs. would I set time to 12AM-12AM?

You can try it, I only know initially when I tried this was not possible, the timed functions are intended to be more like a storm mode and not perpetual and so initially you could not do more than some hour blocks. I have not tried since the more recent updates. There really is no technical reason it couldn't do this but the basics are to set a baseline, set sectors, flow and pauses, and the timed features were essentially momentary storms to clean the reef and not continuous.
