Looking for suggestions…Im planning on adding some leds to my ATI fixture (60 inch). I had that the orphek spread isn’t as good as the XHO. What does people think about it. Thanks

Orphek OR3s are good. Using one on either side of our 4 AI Hydra 32s on our 120 display as supplemental lighting. The frag tank is exclusively OR3s. You get good end to end coverage and it is relatively directional. If that's all you are using you may want multiples spaced a few inches apartment depending on the lighting needs of your tank. They make an aluminum mounting bar/hanging kit with pre-drilled holes. Expensive for what it is but it just works and looks good. Can add up to 7 OR3 bars to it I think.

The display has 2 blue plus 150cm. The frag tank has 1 blue plus, 1 day plus and 1UV/violet, all 120cm.

If you hang your light higher (12-16"), want more directional illumination or have a deeper tank (30"), the Orphek is better.

If your light is lower (8-12"), want more distribution and have a tank depth of 24" or less, the XHO is likely better.

I use the bars as fill lighting to eliminate shadows with the fixture at 8" on a 24" tank, so I went with the XHO.
