Orphek order frustration

So during the Black Friday sales I ordered over $4k of lightning directly from Orphek. (Including 4 naturas and 6 different OR4 bars) for lightning my tank.

All the bars but one has arrived (and it’s looking like it’s coming today). None of the Natura’s have arrived….One says delayed (and it’s been stuck in that status since 12/8. The other 3 (grouped in one shipment) say the are “lost and I need to contact the seller”

I of course have contacted Orphek multiple times, (email seems the only way) but have gotten no response.

Anyone have any insight on how to get in touch with them?

you’ll need to contact a rep , they have a way to leave a message regarding an order in the website. I ordered a natura and the only thing I hated about the light was the miscommunication/ arrival time it took over a month but was not very well communicated to me, nor any updates given unless I asked for it

Sorry for your issue. I have contacted them directly from one of the emails after ordering and trying to work with them. I ordered a OR4 and it came with the lenses scratched and dust inside some of the reflectors. The communication is prompt but the resolution not so good.

Where/how do I find a rep (you mean a LFS that carry’s orphek?)
