Hello Roger,

My Osmolator 3 isn't working. I checked the wall outlet and it's producing electricity. The power supply plug end is plugged into the wye cable. What else can I check? No lights on the sensor and the pump is in 6 inches of water and not pumping.

Try this, it will narrow down where the problem is-

1) Try the power supply alone, just plugged into the wall, does it light up? If yes, we can assume power supply is good.
2) Connect the power supply to the controller with no pump connected to the controller, does the controller light up? If so we can assume it is the pump, if not, it is the controller, if you can try this and let me know and get me the serial number and receipt we can send the part you need.

Make sure nothing managed to get in and block the intake.

It may also be air locked. Turn it on, and shake the pump - Serves two purposes, you should feel the pump trying to pump when you turn it on, if that's not happening something else is wrong. My tinkering side would take it apart at this point, again, possibly something got in it that's blocking it.

In case the pump is blocked or airlocked the Osmolator 3 would show an orange light, no lights mean a component has failed or is shorted.

Hi, I have a similar issue. Flashing green light on powe supply but nothing on sensor

This will generally mean the safety sensor failed, please message or email me the serial number from the tag on the cable and your receipt. All of my direct contact info is on the card that was in the box that says Made with Passion in Bavaria
