I start mine in the middle on a frag rack because they like higher light and flow and are already used to it. From there its finding out where they like/dont like and will grow.

Sand bed for 1 waterchange cycle. elevated frag rack 1 waterchange cycle. mount.

Mine sits around 250-275 par under Gen 5 Blue lights and AI Prime's. Very high flow and the color is starting to come through very well!
