Would like to get a check on members that would attend a meeting on either Oct.17-18 at a park around the Charlotte area.
We can have a frag swap/raffle on this day as well

Mask and social distancing is a must.

If you vote, please post which day would be best.

I’d love to. With masks and social distancing of course. (I also wouldn’t be opposed to a zoom meeting, just so we can all see each other’s faces.) All I have planned is a water change. So I could do either date at any time.

Count me as both a maybe ... and a soon-to-be member. Just moved to the region. And would love to attend ... but there is a slight chance I may have to work that weekend. Unfortunately I will not know until the very last minute. Assuming I can attend, either day would be doable ... but Saturday, 17th, would be preferable.

Looks like the 17th is the winner. We are going to try and have the meeting at Freedom Park in Charlotte.

If anyone has frags they would like to sell or swap, please post up here. Same goes for equipment.

If you are interested in participating in the frag swap or meeting, please join our Facebook page and paste your frags there so that everyone can see everything in one place. Most of our members are on the Facebook page. Thanks and hope to see you on Facebook.

Hey, just a heads up ... the RASOC website appears to be down.
Yes, there was a malware attack, we have added Sitelock and our host is working on it.
Can I help you with something in the meantime?

I just checked it to see if I could join online via the website. No problem though -- if I don't have to work and am able to make it on the 17th, I'll just sign up for a membership there. Thanks!

I am sorry for the inconvenience but I can definitely help you pay before the meeting.
Simply send payment to [email protected].
Please include your name, address, and email in the payment info so I can add you to the roster and mail you your membership card.
Here is the membership information. Thanks for your interest in our club....
It is $20 per year, September and October $10, November and December $25 (13 to14 months).

Okay, just to make sure I understand correctly...

$20 for now through Oct 2021 (1 full year)
$25 for now through Dec 2021 (14 months (well, 14.5 months), or
$10 for just the next two months (September is kind of throwing me there since it's currently October)

Did I get that right?

I just reread my info and it didn’t make it clear, unfortunately it will not let me edit it now....
It works this way...

January through August, membership is $20
September and October $10 (pays through December), come January $20 for the new year
November and December $25 (13 to14 months)

Hope that helps clarify.

Is it you that paid $30 today? Thanks.

Yep. Glad to have found a club in the region.
Glad that you joined us. If you could send me a message with your email address so that I can add it to my spreadsheet. Also if you are on Facebook, once things get back to somewhat normal, that is where most of our activity is...https://www.facebook.com/groups/www.rasoc.org
