I am trying to plumb a jebao DCP 4000 return pump to a Glassholes 3/4" return bulkhead, and a Eshopps M overflow with two drain bulkheads down to my sump. I tried 1 1/4" and 1" pvc fittings and they won't work. 1" is too small for the pump and return and 1 1/4" is too big. 1 1/4" is a little too small for the eshopps threaded drain bulkhead coming from the over flow box. Would appreciate any help in fitting sizes and thread type needed.

The return bulkhead looks to be 1" reduced to a 3/4" return with lockline on it, but the standard us threaded PVC in white or grey won't fit.

Hi I can't remember for sure but I think coming out of you Eshops overflow I think it's metric Your return line looks like 3/4 inch standard slip fitting, and on your pump I have not used these pumps except for a power head but I am sure they are metric also maybe 25mm 26mm or 27mm

Thanks for the info guys. I have everything figured out but the thread size coming from the pump outlet now. I could use tubing and clamps but prefer to hard plumb the whole thing if possible. Going to HD tomorrow to look for a fitting. I may try the female threaded half of a union to see if that will fit, If not I'll probably go with the clear tubing with braid in it and cover it with black foam pipe insulation to stop algae growth. Going to check the black ABS also to see if they sell it by the foot.
