Which overflow?

If you got a bulkhead with internal threads and then threaded a male thread to hose barb fitting it could be done

An eshopps pf 800 overflow. I’m not at home right now but I can send some pictures when I get back.

I'm familiar with the box. But you posted on this already. Is there a new issue?

If it is the same from you previous post, did you get bulkheads? If yes, you would need to get a barb fitting to connect to the bulkhead.

I have the bulkheads now. I just need to know what type of barb fitting I would need?

Determine if the inside of the bulkhead is smooth or if it is threaded.

If it is threaded, then you need a threaded 1 inch barb (if the bulkheads are 1 inch) or a "slip" 1 inch barb if the inside of the bulkhead is smooth.

I think it’s a threaded one. I measured it and it looks like it’s 1.5 inches, so would I need a 1.5 inch threaded barb?

The pictured threads are not to be used to join any tube or threaded piece. What is inside that bulkhead? Smooth you glue in a fitting, threaded you screw in a barb type adapter.

Does the inside of the bulkhead look like the one I’m holding? If so, that’s a slip fit and would take 1 inch pvc .

I'm speaking about the INSIDE of the bulkhead.

It looks like that but when I measured it, it looks like it’s bigger than 1 inch. About 1.5 inches.

I have that overflow box, so unless you drilled it out to take a larger bulkhead, it will take a 1 inch slip like Dom said above. Schedule 40 , 1 inch pvc has an OD of 1 and 3/8 inch which would “slip” into your bulkhead if that makes sense.
