Tank size - 120g + sump

1x Flasher Wrasse
1x Fairy Wrasse
2x Ocellaris clowns
1x neon goby
2x Pearly Jawfish
1x Hector Goby
1x Sailfin Blenny
2x Barnacle blenny
1x Kole tang
2x Cleaner shrimp
2x Yellow Watchman Goby
1x Firefish
1x Pistol shrimp
1x Tailspot blenny
2x twin spot blenny
3x Bangai Cardinal

About a dozen snails, and about a dozen hermits

It doesn't look overstocked to me compared to my old freshwater tanks with schools of 12 tetras and whatnot, and I intentionally went with smaller nano fish. But when I type all that out it seems like a ton of fish

But I'm looking at adding mandarins eventually...and maybe another goby or two....

How long has your tank been up for?? What is your water like?? If everything is stable I would think you can add more.

7 months. Typing the list out sounded ridiculous but when I look it’s all small bioload fish with only a few sizeable fish

I've always heard 1/2 inch of fish per gallon of water. But I've seen tanks with way more. If you keep your Nitrate and Phosphate down, and no ammonia spikes you should be fine. I always suggest Substrate sauce as a great addition to your bacteria. They consume Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, and Phosphate. I heard they eat the carbon and just leave Nitrogen gas.
