Ozone Generator Recommendation

Thinking of starting to use ozone on my 93 cube. I have a Vertex 180i Protein skimmer that is ozone safe so I'm considering running it through the skimmer.

Not looking to spend a fortune but want a unit that works obviously. Any recommendations?

Anybody have an opinion on the new Aquamaxx generators?

I have 2 Enaly units. One with a controller built in (200mg/hour), one without(50mg/hour). They have both been bullet-proof for about 8 months now and don't break the bank.

I saw those on BRS website but there were no reviews. Would I need an air pump or could I just run it through the skimmer? How about an air dryer ?

I just run it through the skimmer, and it works fine. They come with an air dryer, but I don't bother with it...in my case the dryer was needing recharging about every 24 hours. That got old fast lol. The max output does drop slightly without an air dryer, but since I tend to run it at about 15% output that doesn't matter much :)

Mind you, I've only been running them one season, but I personally like them. I had to take the one with the built in controller apart to repair the hose nipple (my fault, broke off when I dropped it from several feet in the air) and it seems to be built well.
