pale RBTA

so my RBTA have gotten very pale recently and i am not really sure why, what could be some factors to this?
my water conditions are on point im just not sure what it can be

What type of lighting is the anemone under and PAR? I have seen some in the past that can be naturally pale but typically I would associate this with lower PAR.

I have GHL mitras lights and par maybe 200 under the spot they are in they have not moved in months so im sure they are comfortable where they are but just got real pale

That sounds still a little low as I generally have had mine anywhere from 300 -1000. All species may differ though. What are the current parameters?
